Details

I think, if you're going for lots of details in the face, the amount of details should be somewhat consistent, that means making more details in his clothing. I like the cross hatching, but I think each stroke could've been thinner sort of.

Other than that very good work!

Poor creeper

You could've derived from the minecraft boxy style though, even though it works good for the game, I think fanart should experiment more with the world of minecraft. Look up some fanart and you'll see what I mean.

Also, I think a silhouette of a player in the window would be hilarious!

Background and helvetica

Well, I don't know what's up with the purple background, but I don't think it looks too good. I'd say either go with the circles all the way, or draw yourself a proper background.
Also, there are other fonts than helvetica

Contrast

I think you could turn up the contrast some places, specifically for the speech bubble in the last frame, and the beard of jake.
Otherwise the style is pretty simple, but I suppose that's cool

Lightning is all off at some places, specifically the nose and the tube thing going on.
I can't really tell what is happening, but I suppose that's okay if it's not conceptual.

Facial anatomy

I don't feel the facial anatomy of the girl is right, it's all skewed to the side, same goes for the guy, but not to the same extent

This is very well done and with a very consistent style, but I can't help but notice the blurryness in the face. I don't know if that's the reason, but I also think the face looks a bit distorted (although that may be intentional)
Otherwise, great!
