It is good for a start, but i don't think it would be that great as a video game-song
Here are the two reasons:
1. It is too short, people playing a game with this running in the background will soon find a pattern in the song that will be mostly irritating in the end.
2. At about 00:28, the loop starts to lower its volume, making the start a little loud/suprising.
It really wasn't the worst i have heard, but remember;
Variation! Variation! Variation!
