Well, It's okay I suppose, just a couple of things.
The shadow on the floor doesn't match the person properly, the shadow has some weird glow/blur effect that doesn't work out in the edges, (see under head, and where the face meets the mask at the top)
His legs are like gigantic compared to the rest of his body .. I understand that its style and that's how megaman looks, but that's just too much, imagine walking around in those ...

Also the helmet/mask thing isn't symmetrical and neither is his arms. on top of that, the circle with the red thing on his left side of his head looks like it should be extruded from the helmet, yet it isn't ...

I cant really tell whats happening, perhaps its because i dont know what meth is, but still.
First thing that strikes me is the white background, it doesn't take much to add a simple background, be it a flat colored shape or a more complex background with clouds and houses and such - at least not compared to what it does to the entire image.

Another thing that strikes me is the lines, they are all dodgy, and one can see the pixels. On top of that one can see white pixels and lines that goes longer than they should around where the eyes and hair meet.

Third, theres no shading, which can be a choice of style, but i think this drawing would be better with shading.

also her head is oversized and her nose is a potato.

I believe you can do better, try to take more time.

Thanks Havegum. I started out as a pure matte painting and it was ridiculously huge, I can't remember the dimensions since I lost that version but it was a 3GB file. After that I scaled it down to the required dimensions of 5100x2700 pixels and added the painted elements. I scaled it down further for Newgrounds a bit smaller than 1080p. I had 4 weeks to complete this project, although with the 6 other art courses I didn't have all that time to work on it although I'm happy with the results. I have version 4 to 20 of this file.

This is missing perspective, shading & lightning, proper colors and a high-quality .png file instead of the lossy .jpg file ...

Also, the soliders looks like copypasta work ...

(But serously, the forum HATES anime/manga artists unless they are GOD at it ...)

Overall nice work, especially if it was drawn with mouse!
Hair needs more details, shading and higlights and such.
Face is okay,
Coat needs the same as the hair, detail, shading, and highligts (I would expect it to be at least SOME folds, or pockets or anything there)
The ground could use some detail, the same goes with the tree.

Overall rating: 6/10 - 4/5
